Charles Lozow received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and has over 30 years experience as an attorney. In 2020, Charles Co-Founded the Veterinary Cannabis Society, a 501(c)(3) non profit, and chairs the Society's Advocacy Committee. In that role, Charles liaises directly with policy makers at the California Department of Cannabis Control regarding regulations for access to medical cannabis for pets in California. He has testified before the CA Veterinary Medical Board (2018, 2021 and 2024) and was a volunteer puppy raiser of Miracle III for Canine Companions for Independence, a 501(c)(3) non profit devoted to providing service dogs free of charge to people with disabilities. Charles was an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall and has litigated in state, federal and Circuit courts.
